Riot collects all this data on player statistics and analytics. It sees that I'm obviously not a new player so why tf does it qeue me up with complete trash? Are they trying to test my patience? Are they trying to ruin my user experience?

This is a joke right? That's pretty ignorant. If you can't carry yourself pre 30, the only reasonable explination you have to level another account is because you got banned.
