Look I'm fine with the new runes. A few of them are rather interesting. Most people complain about stuff like kleptomancy . Sure its strong. But honestly my main issue is instant guaranteed damage . Aery has little to no cooldown when you are dueling. Its ridiculously strong and quite annoying to be up against. And since basicly any ap ranged oriented top laner uses it your either one abusing it or one dealing with it.
The damage isn't as high as you think, and you have to think about what they're sacrificing to get it.
Ranged top laners have always been a pain in the ass. I can't remember when heimerdinger or teemo was ever fun to face top lane. Some champions just perform better than others against certain champs. If you see a ranged top laner like gnar, teemo or heim just play kayle or something. Make them regret the decision.

That’s why it’s low damage, stop asking for stupid things.
its honestly most broken on melee champs because it has no travel time. its actually fine on the people who are SUPPOSED to use it.
For poking, it's definitely obnoxious, but for all out duels, I would say that Aery is weaker compared to other keystones.
