only if it does the same to them as to assassins and forces them to auto attack at least 3 seconds before they start dealing damage.

adc items and kits are still op. when they get their powerspikes, theyre outbursting mages and assassins with critical strikes and bullshit like cait headshots chains and mf q's.

its just that theyre constantly pressured by jungle ganks and 4 man botlane gangbangs during the early lane phase in this meta and never get to farm to their powerspikes before games end.

riot has been nerfing jungle xp, and is nerfing junglers in general right now. as soon as the pressure on bot lane lessens, adc are going to be just as dumb as ever.
