How does the Olaf vs Fiora match up fair now?

Ever since the olaf rework I haven't really been able to beat fioras in lane, originally you would max e and just build tanky as you scaled off tanky stats however thats not the case now and maxing e just seems very ineffective vs fiora, I've tried W max to draintank her but w is a terrible skill to max any way and she'll just spam riposte as you try to auto her to death.

Q max could do it but the mana cost seems horrendously overpriced for what it used to be early game.

Honestly I just need help with this match up now as its the only one I really lose to in top lane other than silly things like vayne/quinn
