Is Hecarim going to get some love?

After Hecarim's nerfs back in preseason, the Shadow of War has really been hurting in the power department. Champion.gg shows him with a ridiculously low playrate and an abysmal 45% win rate in jungle. Top lane has it even worse at 43%. http://champion.gg/champion/Hecarim

Not to mention his core items like Swiftness Boots and Dead Man's Plate are seeing more and more nerfs. Hecarim just feels like wasted potential with his current setup due to how consistently nerfed he's been, even when he hasn't bee seen is that oppressive.

People think Hecarim is good when he loses 80% of the time to AATROX, who is claimed to be one of the worst champs in the game.

I main hecarim, and do not think he needs serious buffs. He is still a heavy snowball champion, and I find that with a good experienced early game, you can almost always be a factor in winning your game especially in my elo (midS).

You're right. The more his core items get hit, the less powerful he becomes. I do think his damage to minions could be higher to encourage early game efficiency, but his core combos don't need more damage IMO. That would make him more snowbally and potentially broken.
