good thing about yasuo in urf crit is more stronger and windwall has lower cd, but q scales of attack speed and e used to have 1 sec cd now it has 0.5 but still cant dash to the same target, so playing yasuo in urf is no diffrent than playing him in a normal game. riot should atleast make the e cd on targets 5 sec while it is now just 10 sec.
