Unlock all champions in ARAM

Currently ARAM is very unsatisfying to win most of the time. I believe far too much is decided by strong team compositions. The average player doesn't have a large champion pool leading to repeat champions a lot of the time, which in turn leads to strong/broken team compositions. Nothing is more frustrating then feeling like you can do nothing in a game that is supposed to be random. Many of my friends who play with me, own a small amount of champions which also leads to the inability to trade away champions they do not like. ARAM should be about making the best of a random situation as a team, verses just praying that you land an op in your team comp. And who knows perhaps it will help players discover new champions to play, outside of the random 10 per week.

Provided the new changes are not reverted, this might be a simple and fun solution to a game mode that is currently not very random.

A person who has played far too many arams. Tylas

I wish. Everyone in high tier ARAM knows that at this point Sona is just auto win and is bound to be in almost every game.

I don't ever play aram because of that. They get a good poke team? Gg. And you can tell that some are aram accounts. They're match history is filled with aram and it's all Mundo, varus, syndra, etc.

The thing is i don't want to get a champion i don't own most of the time in aram, even if they are god tier in aram

Getting down voted for haveing an opinion

If Rito is unwilling to do that, unlock (at least) Aatrox Evelynn Mordekaiser Nunu Nocturne Udyr Yorick

For everyone. Would make people think twice about only owning a few champs.

yet again another player that doesn't seem to understand "random"

    • Random isn't always "fair" or "balanced" so there will be times matches are lopsided.
    • The "All" in "All Random All Mid" has never meant "All Champions" and instead has always meant "All Players".
    • Given that not everyone has big champ pools and every has access to whatever is in the weekly rotation, of course you are going to see the same champions often, but that in no way means it isn't random.

Why is no one concerned that you can't earn key frags on champs you don't own? If they implement all champs being unlocked before fixing this so called "bug" gets fixed, things will be bad. You will get a LOT more dodging than there already are w/ aram. I dodge a majority of my aram games because I don't own said champion, thus can't own key frags. Chests, idc and understand you don't earn them on un-owned champs. They key frag thing was supposed to a bug that was getting fixed. Looking more like they didn't want you to get keys on un-owned champs.

As a player of around 5k aram games what I have seen most from this is a flood of free week champs in aram games.

The thing is...

I want key fragments, chests and mastery points.

Won't change a thing. I already caught them all.

6588 ARAM matches and counting.

> So there really aren't many aram smurf accounts - it's a really, tiny amount last we checked. While they certainly do exist, the fact you see those champions often is more due to a number of other factors.

Mostly importantly -All those champions are incredibly high ownership and popularity, while many of the traditionally bad ARAM champions are very low ownership and popularity. This means you'll heavily skew naturally towards seeing those champions. Way more people own Lux and Sona than Trundle and Aatrox. -Rerolls (and Teammates rerolling for others unlucky picks) exacerbate the above metrics - you are less likely to get poor ARAM champs vs strong ARAM champs and folks reroll them on top of that when they get them. -I'm sure there is a bit of Confirmation Bias as well, but the above two factors are probably more important

To add to what he say I think we would always see OP team comp because nobody dodge when they have an OP team comp. A lot of people dodge when they think their team comp is trash not just because they got someone they don't know.

How about all the champs people owned were pooled?
