Cassiopeia's new W & E nerf sucks?

Anyone agree? I can't stand that now it's not a free click area of effect spell, it's now a lame thingy. It makes her less effective now...wth right? And the cooldown on E has been increased so it's not shortened when they're poisoned, that used to be FUN to use. It's not even like the new change is its own new smart strategy, it's more that they just didn't understand how to play Cassiopeia and kept mashing the delete button on all the code. Reducing it to something that just is retarded. What gives?

5 something new circles that appear for the targeting and it's like crazy glued to the character, versus a free circle that goes wherever you click it to go. A circle that actually happened to look better GFXically speaking.
