Can't hear the sound of the announcer's.

On my PBE account, I can't hear the announcer's voice like : welcome to summ rift, double kill, triple kill, quadra kill, penta kill, shut down. How do I fix this? I can't see any related settings in game. Please help me it drives me crazy.

Good at least You don't hear how the announcer has favouritism towards the enemy team. The fact she says triple kill for the enemy sounds like she's glad your losing.

There is no announcer at pbe, its not a bug or anything
