I got higher ping and it stays

I usually had 6768 ms, and I have 80100 ms right now. I thought it's just a ping jumping, and I realized that the ping stays at 88~90 ms. I did not change any internet, computer's settings, and league of legends settings. And it just got that ping suddenly. I asked other people about the ping, and no one had this problem. Does anyone have this problem? If you do, do you have a solution to this? I tried unplugging & plugging the internet and restarting the pc. Please help me please....
