Riot hates Nocturne??

Nocturne I'm considering the fact that Riot hates this guy.

According to LoL Wiki, Nocturne has never received a buff. (out side of the overall buff for every champ).

Even is fine at the moment, but something little like attack speed per lv. or something would be nice to see on him. because over the years Nocturne received tons of punch.

-If they reduce his cool down ult, every champ with unavoidable level 6 gank ult (Rengar, Vi, Pan ) will also need a reduction or he will stand out superior to them.

-His offensive and defensive stats are not spectacular, but also not bad. Early game he can duel with the likes of Leesin no problem, and late game I once beat a 4 items Jax 1v1 while also had 4 items much to my surprise (boots not counted ) .

So while he might need a buff to regain some popularity, it should not be big. I'd say an increased ult range at early level or a longer lasting spell shield would be nice.

I agree on your point of increasing the the range at lv 6, or a slightly reduction like 15 or 20 seconds on ult also would help him.

They had 50% CDR on Noc's ult if he didn't use the dash portion on PBE, but they removed it for some reason.

I love Nocturne, I really do. As much as I would be happy to see him buffed, you need a good reason for it, not "He's never had one." That's a REALLY dumb reason to buff a Champion, and you should realize that. Nocturne is in a decent spot right now, not really in need of a buff. He's not a big LCS pick, but he's not a bad Champion. He's solidly "pretty good".

He is not in a decent spot right now. He hasn't been in a decent spot in a long time. He is my favorite champion, and I can't stomach playing him these days. Mained him in Season 2.

Sure he has very high success rate on his lvl 6 gank. That is pretty much the only thing he has going for him. He is basically a severely weakened udyr that is harder to escape from, but can't escape as easily.

Problems

-His fear is too short for how much conterplay it has. -His lvl 1 ult could be stronger, and his ult isn't nearly as strong later in the game. -His Q should do a little more. Maybe higher speed while on it. Maybe tenacity. -His W's power budget is wonky. He shouldn't have power budget wasted on the att speed increase. It is mostly used to destroy an incoming skill shot when you are not even in melee range to use the att speed. -His passive isn't bad, but I think it could be better. Maybe a 1 sec shorter CD. Maybe a speed boost.

He already has one of the best and reliable ganks in the game, he does not need any buffs.

His ult at level 6 has abysmal range, is on a 3 minute cd, and does the same base damage as a level 3 q. On top of that, the fear is short and takes a good time to get off, a simple dash or flash can be used to easily escape it. His W also seems a bit weak considering that it often needs to be used in a manner such that the bonus attack speed is not as beneficial due to the range between him and targets. I love playing him, but he is quite lacking compared to some of the newer jungle champs.
