Just typing this as some people, according to me, seems to buy some items thinking it will do what they expect them to do. It's for clarification, and I have no concerns if you still continue to buy it for whatever reason. Feel free to point out any mistakes or something to spread correct information among each others.

item 3147 is not a better item in anyway in terms of gameplay compared to item 3142.

  • You receive no benefits of any kind from item 3147 as its passive cannot be applied in Invasion as far as I'm aware of (beside Lethality). You'll receive the ability to use its active and passive with item 3142 while having the same amount of CD (cooldown reduction), AD (attack damage), and lethality.
  • On the other hand, if you want to buy both, that's OK. Just buy item 3142 first. Don't get a copy of one of these items (2xitem 3142) , lethality will not stack like that.

item 3124 does not help item 3087 stack faster.

  • Each auto-attack allow 12 stack on Shiv. Guinsoo does not make it 24 stack every other auto-attack. It will not allow you to have a "double-lightning" attack as well.

item 3071 does not shred the Big One's armor.

  • According to the stats of Big One, it will remain at 400 armor despite applying physical damage to it.

item 3035 item 3036 item 3033 only penetrates bonus armor.

  • This mean the Big One (whose base armor is 400, no bonus armor) will not be affected by these items' penetration. item 3036's unique passive, Giant Slayer, will not work against the Big One. It is only applicable against champions.
