[GAMEPLAY] Gangplank's Ultimate Cooldown Reset Upon Purchasing The "Raise Morale" Upgrade

I saw this thread, titled "Gangplank bug/exploit". Upon purchasing the "Raise Morale" upgrade while Gangplank's ultimate is on cooldown, Gangplank will be able to use it again afterward. The other upgrades, "Death's Daughter" and "Fire At Will", will not reset Gangplank's ultimate.

#Instructions:

1. Play Gangplank and receive 500 Silver Serpents. Reach level 6 or more to unlock Gangplank's ultimate.
2. Use Gangplank's ultimate, Cannon Barrage (R).
3. Once Gangplank's ultimate is on cooldown, purchase the "Raise Morale" upgrade to make his ultimate available immediately.

You can replicate it 100% of the time as far as I can tell.
