Why in God's name does Kindreds 2 second leap also double as an auto attack reset?

Guys, I get the Kindred is on the Riot approved OP list, but this is the stupidest fking thing I've ever seen. All other champions get ONE auto attack reset and it goes on CD for a LONG time. The champs that have AA resets on a sub5s CD are all MELEE champions and they have access to this with CDR and a maxed ability (jax W, etc).

Kindred is just tearing all champs apart between all the free stats, heals, CC, %dmg, and mobility. My jaw fking dropped when I saw that her dash gives her an AA reset. What the fk Riot. Other junglers get 2 autos in 3 seconds while Kindred gets FIVE.

Sure, give her all the broken shit ni the world and let her cosplay Kalista, but DONT GIVE HER MULTIPLE FREE AA RESETS OH GOD WHY SHES ALREADY SO STRONG

Don't they have to use W to make it have that short cooldown as well?

And to be fair, max rank Vayne Q has the same cooldown. Not all aa reset abilities have a cooldown longer than the Nile.

if you are dueling kindred, is kindred EVER not going to have W activated? It's a massive AOE Zone.

And to be fair, Max rank Vayne Q has the same CD but its at MAX RANK, usually level 13 since Vaynes max W first. Kindred gets a 2 second AA reset at level 2.

I just don't know. Certain abilities not having aa resets just feels clunky. It might be better shaving off power from other aspects of Kindred's kit, since their W zone is the dueling zone.

Maybe increase the cost of the W, or reduce the aoe diameter?
