So some friends and me are having a discussion about the state of the game

They say that they prefer the 20 minute roflstomps over 30+ minute games because they can play more and not have to deal with "Idiots" for 30+ minutes at a time. They say that league should have never been a game that took longer than 20 minutes and that games are more enjoyable. I try to explain to them why I think the game should be slower and not as fast. I personally think that 30+ minute games are the most enjoyable ones, because there will reach a point in which everyone is at somewhat equal footing and there is room for macroplay, and other things. The state of the game is a total mess and these fast pace games are not fun.

I remember when every 2 or 3 matches you'd get that 50 minute match and man... was that not fun. I also remember the boards going insane at some match times. So much so that RIOT added more objectives to the game like different dragons, and elder dragon to solidify victories more cleanly. That way some matches wouldn't last 33 mins while others went on for 65 mins.

Also, not that many of my matches really end at like 20 mins. Most of them are between 28-33 mins. I think that's a reasonable time.

What fast paced games?

It is people like you that are grinding this game into unplayable. If you want longer games stop feeding, start countering plays etc... It was not my fault you gave me 5 kills in the first 10 min and I have 80cs while you jave 40. I worked hard for all achieved. And you, and people like you, feel the gap needs to be narrowed more and more!

Yes, I should stomp your team if you failed that bad, yes, I should have your tower down in 10 min, yes I should be able to easily kill your 0 kill 40cs teammates or at least take on 2 if I dodge everything.

No you should not be able to feed 10 deaths and still make it so the game has to reach the 30 min mark before I get an advantage, no your 0 kill 40cs skarner should not be able to 3 combo me still even tho i dodge his abilities, no I should not be forced to have to still team fight with that kind of lead to secure a win. No we should not get rid of classic runes and go ez mode runes reforged because you got wrecked due to your misunderstandings.

Really what do your people want here?!? Everybodies a winner bs? You had your chance early game to make the right plays but you failed. Accept it and improve. Do not force this 0 way to get ahead in the game mentality any farther than it has gone already. I for one can't stand it. I hate having leads and now being able to do very little with them. I find I do not give a flying f about working hard because this game only punishes you. Stop with this, go play minecraft for real.
