"Dealing physical damage inflicts grievous wounds for 3 seconds" so lets say I'm jinx with 2.0 attack speed with this item. I fire at an enemy and they now have grievous wounds. If I keep attacking them does that 3 second application keep restarting or is it just 3 seconds then goes on a cool down on that champ before I can inflict the previous woimds again? Hope my question makes sense

It keeps resetting the cool down until you stop attacking.
