Why isn't Leblanc on permaban from all modes?

Leblanc is just way too strong at what she does. Especially when she can get caught and still not die because of her mobility abuse and low cooldowns. Her W and R need to have way higher cooldowns.

You shouldn't get two auto target nukes through Q-R and finish up with a ridiculously fast W.

She use to be able to just nuke one person and run away. But in her current state she can carry a whole game? What the frick?

She's Akali 2.0 right now. And we all remember that. Please nerf Leblanc or change her playstyle. She is way too cancerous in her current state. She should not be worth a ban every game as she is an assassin.

Or you know, at least make it so she can only teleport back to her original W's spot and not her mimicked version too.

The mobility is too good for the cool downs she has. She only needs one dash.

LB got nerfed. She's a shadow of her former self. Tell me, when did you start playing? Cause you definitely can't seem to remember her dark past.

leblanc is really rather weak right now as she has been for a quite longer time. if you have problems with her, its exactly as it saith: your problem.

You don't seem to remember when her Q alone did the same damage amount as a QW combo lolz Only good leblanc players can carry in this condition, against a counterpick.
