Devouerer OP? Has no cap

I am loving abusing the crap out of it on Warwick, but devourer seems stupidly strong compared to the other jungle items. Its super easy to build 50 to 80 stacks or more in a game, making it a 2250 item that adds 50% as and like 90-120+ magic damage per hit (stupid good with ww ult).

Really think there should be a cap of some kind for balance. Not that I'm complaining at all the free wins its been getting me, I'm averaging 15-20 kills per game every time I jungle WW now :P

I'm mostly posting this because it doesn't really feel fair, its starting to feel like an auto win item....

If the jungler is afk farming all day, why are you not taking objectives? If it's a 5 v 4 you should have the advantage.

Used to have a cap of 3 hits on the PBE, not sure why they removed that on live.

It's the spiritual successor to Flare. It's more champion damage for less creep damage, I believe. So they can't even farm as hard with it as they could with Flare because they aren't hitting minions/creeps for 300 extra damage.

Probably not OP, but farmy junglers need the leg up when the strength of counter-jungling has been increased due to the new monster buffs.

And a cap of 40 stacks probably wouldn't be unreasonable.

So you guys are ok with Nasus and Veigar afk farming all day, but when a jungler starts doing it it's OP. Is that right?
