Gameplay - Ionic spark procs morellonomicon (which is super strong) even though ludens and shiv dont

As mentioned a bunch of people are abusing AP yasuo right now with spark and morello (plus sorc team so he has 2-3k extra hp and deathcap) to obliterate teams that use their ults a lot because of this bug. Morello should not proc off of items if shiv and ludens dont work please patch...
