That'd be a buff for champions like Vayne or Ezreal while nerfing it for most if it's intended users.
It's an item people pick up as their only damage item because that's what it's meant for.
And for anyone who thinks I'm a biased Hecarim main or some shit, I main Gangplank, having Trinity Force scale off total AD would be a massive buff for GP.
Maybe it would make Nasus a bit bearable after the overbuff so Id vote for it xd
