Add [melee only] to the actives of BotRK/Ghostblade

Safe, ranged marksmen shouldn't be able to get utility on top of their resourceless, low cooldown primary damage. Crit damage should be balanced by the fact that they don't get broken utility like APs do.

Don't agree at all. They're expensive items that offer less benefit to adcs anyways since botrk has a shorter active range than adcs AAs and adcs don't need MS as much if they're being peeled for. Also, BOTRK is one of the few alternatives to bloodthirster and adcs have few enough build options the way things are.

I agree and disagree for a few reasons. I think. Botrk active makes safe ADCs (mobile ones) almost too safe. Especially considering it is the only ad item that attacks health(a must buy at some point Imo) yet for ADCs like Ashe, MF, and twitch. It helps keep them in play as they are weak to the league of gap closers. Yomuus currently is kind of a jack of all trade items(ms, ad, armor pen, CDR, critical strike chance.) I think it needs to be redefined as an item all together. In no way shape or form do I think it is too powerful, yet I don't think one item should do everything. We have that item and it is a train force lol. Combined they are impactful self peel tools. And I could see the need to let them be melee actives only. In my opinion the buffs to murcurial scimitar make it extremely viable(especially with heal) as a self peel item. This change would make ADC life harder, but it used to be that way before anyway :D

I just would like for the active to get removed, the difference in speed is just ridiculous - it´s just the easy solution for a 1v1 fight, not promoting any sort of outplay but huge snowballing. I really don´t like the design at all.
