Because fervor of battle is broken in general. It is one of the many reasons that assassins and damage dealers are building tanky bruiser. Maybe next time Riot can learn the less of amping % of you damage instead of just giving you flat damage boosts.

he falls off just as hard as the hardest falling off champions in the game like pantheon.
if you compare renekton to any ad caster. his cooldowns are much higher than riven pantheon wukong anyone similar to him. one rotation and your fucked if your target isn't killed. renekton base stats. are low. he has no actual passive. and did i say that renekton base stats are low?

Sadly this is true, riot seems to hate manaless non-rage champs (riven, kat, renek, etc) or at least be content with keeping them out of the meta
