You're not really explaining yourself here. You need to actually say what the point of this thread is without very brief statements. We just don't get it.

Items rarely have a "best" option, particularly when it comes to defense (rip force of nature). It's all situational, and so knowing what champion you are playing and what champion you're in lane against is an important step.

They are all situational, and of course, depend on the enemy team comp, your team comp and your champion.
