Swain rework? After Evelynn?

Hello Riot, I just got a question concerning as the next VGU after . So earlier this year, or possibly b4 this year, I remember one Rioter talking about the rework schedule. was a highly anticipated rework people were waiting for, and if I remember correctly he was suppose to be the next VGU after . Then something changed, and instead of VGU we got the VGU earlier instead. It was stated the reason for this was to break away from the "dark" champions, or so we were told. Which did make sense because b4 was the VGU, so that WOULD have been 3 dark champs relaunched in a row, which could be a little depressing giving their lore, maybe. So with that thought in mind, why choose AFTER ? After all he's not exactly mr sunshine and rainbows . I know he needs to be fixed to be more close to League's standards today, but considering the Rioter's previous statement, shouldn't you choose a more "light" champ for rework after and THEN do a VGU for ?
