Talisman + Rightous Glory Stupid
If we can't stack slow through items (ex: Rilay + IBG),
Why the hell we can stack speed boost?
Riot, Fix this...

Rueian6 votesdo they have the same active name?
CIockw0rk1 votesno, it would be very simple to fix the stupidity of this issue by having same unique name
Onegarion5 votesBut they both do slightly different things. One works whenever its activated and the other works when running at opponents only and applies a slow. 2 unique things so they won't have the same name.
Rueian1 votesI looked and the speed buff doesn't even have a name on righteous glory (atleast on the item list for the forums)
Abyssphere2 votesYou can't stack slow items because they're constant. Rylai's and IBG can make perma-slows. Talisman and Righteous Glory are one time actives.
CIockw0rk1 votesi see what you mean. If you have experienced a team activating both togheter (Fiddlestick in it as an example) the result is ridiculous.
