Need some advice, can't seem to handle Illaoi ANYWHERE.

We've been trying lately to use Illaoi but we haven't been able to master her well. First, we tried using her as Support, fearing top lane, we found her quite decent yet in late game we are completely lost with her, we don't even know what to build on her or to do well. We decided to move to top lane, seems to do very bad against , even if we manage to not get killed and farm, Illaoi feels like she's always behind. Her damage is good but, to be honest, we don't know what to put on her or do with her in mid-late game. Sometimes, we rush or and go with or . Still we have bad luck with her. Can somebody help us or suggest us what to do with Illaoi Support and Top? What skills should we max first? She is very fun to play with yet we can't seem to understand her goal.

What about mid and jungle?
