Urgot's innate passive should allow him to autoattack while moving.
Yes? No? With a penalty to his Movement Speed while doing it? Discuss.

I think that would be pretty interesting, very easy to kite with him, but if the other champion has low mobility then it might be too hard to get to him. Cool concept though.
The tradeoff is that his range is trash; at 425, it's the lowest of any ranged champion by 25, sans mini-Gnar at lower levels. This is in a world where most ranged champions have 525-550
Yeah, true, but how would that work? It might be too hard to control if you walk in one direction, but want to stop and go back to chase a retreating enemy, but you have to move in that direction first, then auto. In that amount of time they probably have enough time to get away. Also, with this passive everyone would just go movement speed Urgot and would be pretty unstoppable.
like if you're moving in a given direction and right click on an enemy, you'll keep the movement command while attacking that enemy
edit: just like any other ability you can use while moving

Morgana and Gnar.
Morg has 450, still 25 more
oh wtf it is still here
Eh. This was Lucian's original ult (Gun Kata, let him AA while moving), but it was reworked into The Culling because they said that in testing, it was difficult to appreciate the power of not having to pause to auto attack even though it's actually a really powerful ability.
'difficult to appreciate' what does that even mean, lol. I'm sure syndra players appreciate it

If a new player were to look at Sion's ult, or Lucian's, or Jinx's, they would be like 'AW SICK EXPLOSIONS, PEW PEW BANGS'. Something like removing the delay for auto attacking would be a far more technical benefit which might draw a 'So what?' from someone who doesn't fully understand the implications of that mechanic. IE, unparalleled kiting God.
If I had to condense that into a single point, I guess it would be 'It's too powerful for now un-flashy/basic it is'.
