@Riot: Can we get a GOOD and reasonable explanation on this?

I just wanna know why you guys scrap all the hard work you put into this game? What I mean by this is, why do you put things back in your "workshop" or your "Vault" (as I call it).

Examples-

 - Why did you take the Bilgewater map out of the game? Is it to never be played again or are we just waiting a whole year for an anniversary type deal?(URF only came out in April so Bilgewater only comes around its release) I honestly think there should be a voting or circulation system between the two maps in ARAM mode.

 - I also heard that Project minions are only going to be around for 2 patches?(Will need confirmation.) If this is true, I feel like its a waste of resources. I love the idea of Project:Minions and I think it should stick around. Maybe apply the same to the Pool Party skin set?

 -  The one that kinda hits me and has me dumb founded the most is the Male Voice announcer pack. I know he had a pirate like voice but I think it would be a wonderful thing to stay around. Someone on here even said that maybe we should be able to buy/change our announcer pack? I like that idea. 

 I love you, Riot. But sometimes you just don't make sense most of the time. League is one of my most favorable online games. I just want whats best for you guys and the community. You guys are limiting your gameplay content for no good reason as far as I can tell. 
 Also, I'm sure theres more things that could be added to the list that Riot took out and took away. But I just wanted to make a quickie list. We could drone on and on about it but I feel like this will turn into a rage thread or something.
