My unlocked cam is bugged?

So, When I press "Y" to go into unlocked cam, It stays that way even after I press it again. Sometimes after I press "Y" it then goes back about, 1-2 mins later.

I also needed to know if anyone else had the problem? It could be my keyboard. Thanks for any responses.
