Question about Electrocute/Phase Rush

To anyone who has tested on PBE, or knows the mechanics thoroughly, I was wondering if you could meet the '3 attacks' requirement for these keystones with something like an empowered Kennen/TF auto attack that also carries Luden's proc.

I can't wait until it's live to create builds in the pre-season system, so help is much appreciated.

Empowered Kennen/TF autos Shouldn't count as 2 stacks, I'm pretty damn sure, I think Luden's does count as a seperate damage proc though.

luden's is not an "ability" though. i think not even gunblade counts as one.
