I used to play Galio a bunch and I just realized that his Q is weird.

His Q is eerily similar to Soraka's Q, minus the heal of course. I think it'd be pretty cool if his Q only slowed the enemy and did extra damage if it hit dead in the center. Otherwise, it'd just do regular damage with no slow. It'd be kind of like getting bonus points for a bullseye.

I wish they made it an actual mini eye laser like the skill tool tip suggests :(
