Is there anywhere rating scheme is explained

I'm trying to understand better how the rating system is calculated.

The other day I played lee support @ 2/4/25 received an S-

Our mid Cass went 19/0/11 received an A+

Our adc went 11/2/15 received an S

Cass had highest damage on team most cs and best KDA yet did not receive an S

every time I think I have this system figured out there is a game like this where players who should get an S+ receive A+ and honestly for this game at most I deserved an A+

as far as I can tell though some things that players don't take into consideration are wards placed, (so players not buying pinks and or using trinkets) wards cleared (supports not sweeping or junglers not using raptors to clear wards), and major objective participation top and mid laners not assisting with dragons, or turrets.

of course I have no clue and have not seen a post that actually explains the factors actually calculated into this.

You're trying to compare different champions and roles to each other. Grades are based on your performance as it compares to others that played the same champion in the same position.

The exact details are kept unknown purposefully. Riot wants to avoid having people game the system. What we do know for sure is that the system works on comparing a player's performance on the champion they play in that role with the global averages of that champ in that role. This is why Lee Sin supports and Bard tops get all the S ranks: the standards are simply that low because those champ/role combinations are so rarely played, not much to compare to.

it's is also based on the rank, so a 10/0 score with cass may b s+ on bronze/silver but not necassarily past that
