Why RIOT hate so much supports?

There are not much ppl who like to play support. I'm one of few ppl who still play support, but what RIOT doing for motivating ppl to play support? All i see are nerfs every damn patch, really every, there are almost no 200 hp shields at max level, we r talking for 200 shields at max?! How to protect my ADC with 140-150 shield when u keep nerfing supports and buffing assassins and fighters. Now i can just pick Master Yi or Jarvan, Olaf and etc, champs that are super easy for play and with tons of dmg, they never got nerfs, but the poor supports get nerf every patch. What is the point to play support and not just to pick one more fighter on bot lane? Also poor Ivern is getting nerf every single patch, like wtf?! He can't beat 1v1 anyone, really anyone, but he keeps being nerfed, because he is some kind of support in the jungle if u get it, SUPPORT. Let's just remove that role and play top laners at every lane. Thank u RIOT for thinking for everyone. Next patch Karma shields are gone, last one Rakan and Lulu, who is next? ?
