Please make game not damage win game

This my first time on board and I have a request to Riot game developers and community.

I play Janna because I can't afford better support, but every game lose because if you don't do damage early you lose lane then lose later game then lose late game then lost whole game.

I don't think it's Janna fault for being weak, but if it damage meta change Janna w to more damage less shield on e. Brand need nerf because he unfun to play and unfun to fight.

I played Nautilus a bit too and had lot of fun but can't fight the Swain because he does not take damage but killed my jinx before I could even do anything.

Please Riot lower damage on mages and make support fun again.
