Okay, so, in a recent riot post was talked about the key fragments. There was an answer saying something along the lines of "At all levels, the drops are the same". So I want to discuss something about that one statement. I have been honor lvl 0 for... Half an year or so, and I've not gotten a single reward from log in since then. Is there something that could be done? Or is it normal and you haven't been answering honestly?

Tomoe Gozen3 votesRiot hasn't been hiding anything. Honor level 0 and 1 don't get any key fragments. Those levels are Dishonorable levels. You are not eligible to receive rewards from the Honor system until you get to Honor level 2, which is the default Honor level for new accounts.

If you can cite your source, that'd be even better than simply saying "Riot said this sometime ago". Now here's what it says at their Support Site about Honor levels and key fragment drops:
Are rewards cut for Honor level 1 and 0?
At level 1, you earn many less key fragments than normal. At level 0, also known as Dishonorable, you earn nothing at all. It’s a bummer, but you can bounce back just by getting clean games in.

No need for apologies. I'm glad we're able to clear it up. I was also wrong in saying that Honor level 1 is dishonorable. You still earn keys but just less. It's at 0 that you get nothing. And yes, Riot also said some time ago that they reduced the EXP needed to get out of levels 0 and/or 1 because the progress was too steep (8.6 patch notes, which was 10 days ago).

I only "relatively recently" regained my ability to gain honor so I don't have enough time back on this account to really say one way or the other. I can only try to clarify that you aren't still actively being punished by being considered Dishonorable.

o brigid o1 votesI'm reaching each checkpoint every 20 days or so. I'm on track to get out of honor level zero in about 40 days. Any negative behavior in game/people submitting valid reports about your behavior will set you back and it will take longer.
PeppaTheSmoke1 votesI got out of it recently, too, and Im already on the 1st checkpoint. If I am correct, in one of the recent patches they said the climb from 0-2 will be easier or so.
