About consecutive chat restricts.

So, I just got out of a chat restriction. A few games later, I get in a game with my friend, we play duo bot. After some time, we get ganked 5v2 on bot and we get 1-2 kills, but die. Our mid and top decide to say ''Report bot inting, report stupid thresh, report trahs, idiot kids, etc.". I ask them to stop and tell them that they will NOT acomplish anything by flaming, they just kept on saying ''Stfu kid, ur trash, etc.''. So, the game ends, and the next game : Chat restricted. I wonder, is it like this just because I just left chat restriction and how can I avoid that if someone is just having a bad day? Am I just going to get banned for toxicity perhaps?
