The reason her win rate is high is because it's only the Kayle mains who play her. Kayle has never been a meta champ, no matter how strong or weak she was. LCS almost NEVER uses her, because her damage isn't that great (despite what everyone says about her) and her utility is outclassed by other champs like Janna or Taric.
