Need tips on how to get out of silver!

I know being a onetrick or having few mains are usually a good way to climb out of silver. I just don't feel like i have the patience to keep playing my precious fiora vs hard matchups; like gnar and panth.

Any tips on how to GIT GUD and climb from silver 2-4 that i keep floating around? also my name on replay.gg is clown86 if anyone would be so kind as to watch a game or two and comment on how i should git gud ^^.

Here are my most played champs and positions

Top: Fiora, Jax , Trundle, yasuo (lul permabanned atm), and morde

Mid: Veigar, cassiopia, Yasuo^, brand, lissandra, and morde.

I play a decent Jax jungle sometimes (lol who doesn't)
