Fizz has 65% win rate in EU LCS

Fizz is getting nerfed right now on PBE, Also, win rate is not the only defining factor that determines if a champion needs a nerf. For example, in February on NA Gnar had a 67 percent win rate for two weeks. Gnar is one of the most balanced champions in the game

Skarner has that win rate in solo queue and they haven't put any nerfs up to my knowledge yet....

1. the number off games isn't high enough for stattistic relevanz, else you could think gp and his 33% win is in dier need of buffs...
2. Fizz has nerfs on the very same PBE patch...
