Not sure what happened that made it require fixing, but I am glad that you got to it sooner rather than later. It was pretty obnoxious not being able to fire it immediately regardless of cast range. Glad to have the old bird back at full functionality.

The bug probably came from when they updated the target indicator to display the stun burst.

I suspect you are right. I'm just glad they got around to fixing this century. Seemed like the sort of thing that could have fallen through the cracks
