Some small changes to make Poppy a more viable pick against mobility...

Range increased from 125 to 200

280-960 mana increased to 377-1108

Passive: Iron Ambassador

(Second Passive- Valiant Fighter): When takes non-turret damage higher than 10% current health, she reduces the excess amount by 50%.

W: Steadfast Presence

Steadfast Presence can block up the following: 2/3/4/5/6 dashes.

Reasons:

-By buffing 's range will allow to duel better.

-By buffing 's base mana will finally not allow her to starve for mana upon using a single ability.

-Since a lot of champions are receiving a second passive on their passive, I felt like could use a second passive as well (returning her old passive to her for more survivability).

-Steadfast Presence should be able to block more than a single dash.

Make her "new" passive 10% of her max hp. That way if she is at 100 hp out of 1000 and takes 100 dmg she does. But if she took 100 dmg at 100 hp she would take 19.

Honestly, I think she's fine right now against mobile champions and this is coming from a Poppy main.

If you're having trouble against mobile champions, press W. Seriously, it stops dashes and that's what it's for. Pick out most mobile toplaners and she actually counters a lot of them ( Riven , Yasuo , Jax ) so I have no idea what you're doing that makes you lose against mobile champions.

Against immobile juggernauts, she's pretty poor against and I would like them to revert the nerf to her passive shield duration a little if not completely but, even then, she's not weak.

The 49% winrate is probably because of Star Guardian numbskulls that have no idea what they're doing with the yordle tank and picking her support into dashless botlanes. The only good thing to come out of that skin is making her S easier to get.
