Annie needs some sort of escape to be honest but a quick way to give her a good nerf without killing her is make her Q a skillshot like they did to 
. And I would make it so Annie throws tibbers at a location and tibbers just dashes at the person. That straight line of damage is a bigger radius anyway, and it would look cooler. Thoughs?
Annie needs a change, not a nerf. -Changing her passive to something that gives her a wave clear buff and mana restoration. -Skills consume more mana. -Tibbers is thrown from her hand while enlarging himself in the process and slaming the ground when he lands, knocking-up and stunning enemies in that radius. -Tibbers will have a chance to stun with his basic attacks. -Annie E damage reduction should be less effective -Annie E gives slows and cripples when she is damaged -Annie Q becomes a skill shot that have the same range but hit everything (with a bit less AP scaling) -Enhancing Tibbers attack damage
I'm not sure how to say this appropriately, but that would be nerfing her too far, much too far. If I want to play Veigar, I'll play Veigar. But to nerf Annie's literally only safe method of farming is very unnecessary.
