the item that they werent supposed to buy or rush every single game anyways isnt stong on them anymore. what ever will they do? apparantly not buy their own items.

now you actually have to itemize for lategame and cant bully the shit out of people early and midgame anymore while still scaling into a lategame carry. tragedy.

So, use the standard crit build like everyone else? just means he doesn't snowball straight after 1 item like most of those armor pen ADC, theoretically anyway, the crit build has never been bad on any ADC (no, Ez and Lucian are not true ADC). There still will be tiers, Cait will still be safe as ever while doing her 2k damage crits and Jhin actually loves the change coz he doesn't use AS. we just need to accept that Twitch, Kog and friends are at the lower tiers right now.

Activating ghost blade on jhin gave him around 20 more AD, which is gone now.

Though a bit illiterate on your your comment, i can at least agree on this part. Champions like 'Draven' are 'all better now', because they aren't stuck on the unhealthy tactic of skipping regular critical hit, skipping regular attack speed, skipping utility 'FOR' marksmen just because ghost blade let them shred 20 outta 50ish armor on physical attacks, get a active for EZ mode burst downs thanks to the move and attack speed.

Technically they can still use the item but with only 2/5ths of the armor penetration right out of the gate (probably around 12~14 total or so by the time of first item complete due to armor pen scaling on target level) and the lost of the attack speed burst on it makes it an item more intended for champions that 'roam', which is more on what an Assassin or jungler type champion fits under then marksmen, especially utility/harass marksmen or ones who have some silly combo that let them constantly get off a damage burst combo.

Even if said champions can just then build the standard items like phantom dancer, rapid fire hand cannon and so on after, it still was the same result as a item like item 3742 being even put on particular 'assassins' or certain champions who suppose to have a weakness of 'mobility', it instantly solves a problem and makes the champion so EZ mode broken strong.

I mean they couldn't nerf it for some of the ADCs and somehow make it not useless for others. I think that it was just going to be an issue no matter what. They tried to make it useless for ADCs in general (sad for Twitch) and more for assassins.

about 200 extra true damage if you get all 3 lethality items, and resets every time your Q goes off

building 3 lethality items on an auto attack reliant late game adc seems a bit sketchy. but.

50+(200% lethality) Lets assume he gets 15+15+20 lethality thats still 150 true damage on one target. Then he needs to get a kill or assist to proc it on another target. Seems meh.

also getting 14 from lethality reds and 8.5 from masteries if you go cunning; that's an extra 45

i take atk speed blues, ~1.60 with just shiv and boots. you don't need anything more than that. my build is for mid assassin twitch tho, and right now my build ignores lifesteal in favor of maximizing burst

right now i'm trying item 3147 item 3087 item 3031 item 3006 item 3814 item 3142

I think finishing the crit items might actually be better, but right now I'm doing BF -> Shiv -> Duskblade to see if the two flat damage buffs give me better burst.

like i said, since this is for assassin mid you go 18 into cunning, so either take thunderlord's or stormraider's (both are good). if you still go into ferocity, get warlord's since this build doesn't have any lifesteal on its own

there was once a bug for 3/4ths of the season that allowed twitch to proc thunderlords in 2 attacks (because the first tick of his passive was coded as a spell)(they fixed it around 6.18)

Its gone now, so Ill stick to warlords when I try this build.
