now you actually have to itemize for lategame and cant bully the shit out of people early and midgame anymore while still scaling into a lategame carry. tragedy.

So, use the standard crit build like everyone else? just means he doesn't snowball straight after 1 item like most of those armor pen ADC, theoretically anyway, the crit build has never been bad on any ADC (no, Ez and Lucian are not true ADC). There still will be tiers, Cait will still be safe as ever while doing her 2k damage crits and Jhin actually loves the change coz he doesn't use AS. we just need to accept that Twitch, Kog and friends are at the lower tiers right now.
