Second Quinn Rework

Please the current Quinn rework is not good. Her win rate may gone up but it is only because of the damage stacked into her new kit. when she is properly balanced out she will be in an even more unhealthy place than before. Without the assassination potential and lack of any real escape she will become this useless part of the roster. An adc is meant to be a major damage dealer for there team not a split pusher that cant get away if an enemy happens to pop up. I will admit that she was in a bad spot before, more of a skirmisher and assassin than a full blooded adc but with that fact in mind why did they shoe horn Quinn into this split pushing adc roll? its not what the community wanted and its not what this champion deserves. please consider changing the current Quinn state even the old kit with the reworked q and passive would be preferable to the state she is in now.
