Game disconnected me mid game, wont let me back in

So i was flying into top lane as quinn when it tells me its trying to reconnect. So i left and tried to rejoin but im met with "Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect to your game." About 5 mins later it decided to let me reconnect. Gragas on the other team was dced so i bet the same thing happend to him.
