Why was Veigar buffed and why isnt Kat nerfed.

I don't think healthy game design is a champ that can stun then combo dealing 1k damage without using their ult. Its the same with Kat without a stun its not healthy and leaves people frustrated.

be thankful, before the " OP stun update" he had a much shorter range than he does now, and longer cooldowns too.

Kata is weak in lane and in teamfights just cc her, Yes you could say this for all champions but in her ult she has to stand still and is vulnerable to cc.
