Eve camo/passive/invis Bugged or normal?

I have been playing a lot of support and always hate facing eve, but there is one thing I always thought broke her invis and that was damage too her. Recently ive been seeing it that damage doesn't reveal her at all. A morg lands a stun on an invisible target and you can see it hit a champ but no one is there. You just have to know its eve. Same with blitz hook. You grab her and don't even realize it. she isn't revealed to about 1 second after your grab returned and by then its to late. she has the drop on you. why is this? just the camo change?

shes been the same in that aspect, the camo hasn't changed, its always been a vicinity circle around her within said circle reveals her.

so what about a blitz grab where u don't even know you grabbed her till its to late. I mean you literally can t see it. Id suggest to anyone to try it out on practice mode and see that it happens

it has to be a bug if you can't see her within her reveal vicinity after her being grabbed.. thats odd.

I even reviewed the game to see if I grabbed her. and it was legit her. It pulled her to me and then she fucked my adc right next to me because neither of us knew she was there. we couldn't get damage off because we couldn't see her. and I haven't heard anything from riot to see whats up with it
