Q: Winds of War
Mana costs decreased from 70/85/100/115/130 to 50/55/60/65/70
Tornado damage increased from 30/40/50/60/70 (20% AP scaling) plus 0% of the target's maximum health (1% per 100 AP) to 70/75/80/85/90 (60% AP scaling) plus 1% of the target's maximum health (1% per 100 AP)
New Effect Minions take 60% bonus damage from the tornado
Reasons:
-By decreasing Winds of War mana cost, giving some of his damage back, and allowing Winds of War to deal bonus damage via the tornado to minions will allow him to wave clear much better and won't have to worry about going OOM after using a single Q.
