Are there any champions you would want to be able to play well, but really don't want to learn ?

Sometimes I find myself thinking that it would be great if I could play that champ well, but I really don't want to learn him. In my case it is Kled , red Kayn and Viktor

I really love to see all outplays done by Kled, especially when he dives on low HP and survives and sometimes even manages to kill jungler. But sadly every time I go top I get tilted by better toplaner or just enemy jungler .

I also find it really enjoying to see good Viktor ,simply because his kit is amazing and he can do good outplays as well. But I really hate to learn his E and keep fucking it up, and in overall there is a lot to control and use properly in his kit. In addition, I feel lost every time I lose mid and can't really farm risking to get killed, while enemy midlaner getting fed even more on other lanes and I can't really follow up, as I risk to get killed.

As for red Kayn I really love his abilities, this knock up, healing, ult, mobility, lot's of things for 1x3. But I completely don't understand jungling and find this role kinda difficult to play properly and just don't want to learn it from 0 level. When I try him on top I have the same problem as with Kled.

You may say, that I am afraid to learn, but it is not exactly the issue. The thing is I am sup main, and this position is different from top and mid. I can basically pick any sup champion new to me. And play better, than same red Kayn, that I played already 20 times or so (including ARAM and other modes) just because I know my role well and understand what is required from me in any situation. While playing mid and especially top I just feel lost, when something goes wrong and usually I don't feel like it was any worth to play the whole game for such experience.

So do you guys have such thoughts, that you would really want to know how to play that champ well, but due to some constraints have no wish to learn it ?

Elise I can gank with her easily enough, but just have no idea what to do with her when everyone starts grouping up. It feels like she just doesn't scale at all and her teamfighting is the worst of anyone I've played.

Seems like unless you can play her near perfectly, anyone else would be a better pick. Her ganking power is great and I kind of like her kit, but I just cannot make her work.

I used to love Azir, he was at a few points battle Malzahar for my #1 mid lane champion. I refuse to play him now. All the constant buffs and nerfs he's got over the years makes it hard for me to want to pick him up again. If Riot actually gets him to a spot where he can be played by normal players without dominating LCS I'd be willing to try again, but since I don't see that happening until 2019, I won't be touching him soon.

Aurelion Sol I remember hearing about Ao Shin from a friend and getting super hyped thinking he was coming soon. I remember in early 2016 finding out that Aurelion Sol was taking his place and was still hyped because I wanted to play the dragon. I saw his kit, it looked a bit weird but still wanted to play him. Never touch him now. Way too tilting.

Kindred hooked me in from the teasers. I was still going through my edgy phase and everything dark was still super cool to me. Then they were a short ranged Marksmen, my least favorite type of my least favorite class. Not to mention they don't really feel like a pair and have an awkward ult. Still tried, but after all the changes, whats the point? Kindred really isn't worth the time right now. Maybe after bot lane opens up, but for right now I can't be bothered.

Swain is a bit early to judge but fuck it. He was my #2 mid laner, reserved for cases where Malzahar was in the trash, banned, or I just didn't like the matchup. Then the Swain rework hit and I'm lost as hell as to what to do. Where old Swain was pretty easy to figure out, new Swain left me with more questions than answers. How to I trade? How do I teamfight? Why is the payoff to draining all that health with my ult almost nothing? The kit just seems incomplete. Once Riot takes the steps to make him feel much better to play (they're pretty good about doing that for VGU's most of the time, so I'll be patient with them for now) I'll have to look elsewhere. My #2 midlane slot seems cursed... guess Taliyah's days are numbered XD

I love Jhin. 100% perfect champion design in every way, on top of being a marksman I can play. Around his release I used to play a ton of Jhin mid, but now I keep finding reasons not to bring him back. It's a bad meta for it, the comps not right, etc. Maybe when bot lane opens up I'll feel more comfortable trying it again. What I do know however, is that he seems to work well against Lux when played mid for some reason...

Especially with learning a new champ, there are a few things you can do.

A) there is a guide to just about every champion in every main role of theirs.... just have to look them up. For jungle especially, it is best to start with an easier jungler like Amumu and learn the routes, Amumu translates pretty well to Kayn because both of them have about the same clearing time.... with roughly a similar route.

B) it is best to look at recommended items and runes and "which skill to do first".... usually there is an explaination for this and you can test it out in a bot game first then a real game after few bot games. You can pick up the general feel of the champion fairly quick.

C) play some music while playing. Youll tilt less and occasionally you might find you play better.
