We get it, he's supposed to have a strong early game, he's supposed to be able to bully you and make life hard.

Even with a passible support he has no reason not to all in on sight, level 2 and beyond. Under tower? Doesn't matter, he'll kill you before the tower kills him and then E to safety.

Just stop. This isn't fun, it isn't even interactive. There is no counterplay to Lucian outside of champion select. The reason Ezreal has the highest play rate in NA right now, is because he's the only champion besides cait who can safely farm against Lucian.
